    Wow, they flipped the order of their board that morning after looking at some tape? That doesn't sound like a particularly good process to me.

    Actually that's a sign, to me, of a smart front office. You always, always, always, want to reinforce your initial decision and sometimes in those last minutes reviews you find the what you really want to do.

    According to Stephen the Rams initially wanted a 4th round and he said no, and then they asked for a 5th and he said no. After standing his ground the Rams agreed and the trade was made.

    Make no mistake about it we got the better end of the deal.
