i don't have any fear articles. i don't even have a new set of facts. but lately on TV i've been watching a lot of science/discovery/bbca channels and one topic i've seen more than i'm comfortable with is "fixing" global warming. how to remove the hydro-carbons from the atmosphere and so many other things from shooting rockets up that will 'help' and doing other things to our planet to try and save it. is this a science fiction idea gone mad? yes reduce yes live smarter and yes, do what we can to cooperate with the environment. i don't think anyone on either side of this has ever disagreed with that point. but i find it "scare me silly" dangerous that they're trying to change something that could well be just another blip on earths multi-million-year radar that is meant to correct itself. by doing things like this i can see causing much more damage than good in the end. anyone else seeing these studies? thoughts?
