Kinda surprised to hear something postive about Adcock. Haven't really heard anything, good, or bad, about him.

In the Silver and Blue Debut, Connor ran with the 2s and Carter with the 1s. The defense also ran their dime package with McCray as the safety/linebacker almost the entire practice.

Not huge surprises with the Eagles situation at DT, DE, LB, and S. They seem to get more credit than they deserve but they wouldn't have issues at these spots if they drafted well.

One of my friends plays for Ok St.. Told me that Adcock was a lazy son of a gun that got by on his sheer size alone. Doesnt sound like a RKG to me.

Interesting. It was puzzling that he didn't get drafted. He held his own at both LT and RT in the games I watched.

I agree about Butler. Some here have been slobbering all over about him and he has been spotty. He shows for a couple of plays then disapears. I really had high hopes for him but not so much anymore

If Doug Free struggles this year Parnell might be our RT next.

Seems as if Parnell is struggling also. Next year may be someone entirely different.

Conner started last night, and Carter played when most of the starters were already sitting, deep into the third quarter.

In pre-season this doesn't matter a bit. Sometimes teams do this to see how guys work together. The fact of he matter is, Rob Ryan will use both guys and a lot.

    Completely disagree with this thread...

Connor will get beat like a drum.

You r right, right and right. Connor is going to be a liability in coverage. And who's this lineman? Not much stuck with this crap throwing session IMO.

Connor IS getting beat like a drum in coverage. But he is what he is, an average LB who can play but does not standout anywhere. Carter may need more time to play instinctively (reps) but he still makes more plays than Connor as it is. Roll the dice on Carter and let his athleticism and Lee do the rest.

And Adcock is a PS guy all the way.

Felix Jones is one of our big play threats and he has shown that over his career. Big plays lead to scores - there is no one behind him that offers anything close to his potential for big plays. I don't think there is anything wrong with his burst either like some have said.

People have no patience these days!
