You still didn't answer my question, what coaching tree did Garrett come from?

Because it doesn't matter and I didn't just contradict myself. Do you think all great coaches come from a "coaching tree"? That's my response. Now what's yours? I'm looking forward to what you pull out of your *** now.

OK who did he coach under to learn his trade? Most coaches have learned from different head coaches they've worked for and formulated a method of dos and don't from being around them for years.

Edit: I just figured it out, he's from the Wade Phillips coaching tree.

i swear if someone was to lift that daywalker's shirt up they would find a battery compartment.

Are you going to answer my question or are you going to keep avoiding it?

If Garrett isn't giving up the play calling duties we are doomed. He was a horrendous play caller as a coordinator and now as a head coach.

This from a guy who got schooled by an average defensive coordinator missing 4 of the starters.

JG had no answer for what Haslett was doing last night. None. What an arrogant clown.

You guys still don't understand that a comparison is not equivalent to "same as".

    JG Coaching experience.

Miami QB coach 2005-2006 under Nick Saban HC
Dallas Offensive Coordinator 2007-2010 under Wade Phillips HC
    Dallas Head Coach 2010-Present

    So there you have it...

This guy isn't Bill Walsh, he isn't some offensive genius creating a new form of passing attack ! He can't make simple, 8th grade level decisions when the game is in motion. His poor play calling left points, easy points, sitting on the field in this game.

Look, he seems like a great analyst for NFL.com or ESPN, he can speak and break the plays down but when it is crunch time on the field, when it is time to make the easy calls, to lead men he fails.

It is a hard thing to do, to be on such a stage and perform in front of millions, not easy at all, but he can't do it. It isn't a bad thing, most people can't do what a great coach does, but at some point you recognize the guy isn't up to the task and get someone in there who can. He will keep making the same dumb errors because he is arrogant and weak under pressure. This is not a good combination.

Not taking up for JG because I refuse to. BUT Dallas doesn't have the players to counter what the Skins defense was doing.

Haslett brought the house time and time again. There was nothing Dallas could do about it and he knew it.

We need a better line plain and simple.

So it took an entire season for opponents to figure out that Dallas didn't have anything that could stop such an attack?

    Not buying it.
