KLW has been very busy during pre-draft visits and workouts with visits to 9 teams. A lot of folks will believe he should go undrafted because he is 5'10, hurt his hamstring, and was not at the NFL Scouting Combine but we believe he is a firm 5th round selection and will be an excellent cover two corner in the NFL.

    2. SS Isaiah Abdul-Quddus, Fordham
One of our biggest rules for a non combine guy is they have to have all-conference honors, light up their pro day, and have good tape and Isaiah has all but the all-league honors thanks to a rule that kept Fordham players off the Patriot League postseason honors. We believe he is a tweener who we personally have as a priority free agent but some teams like him and it appears as though he could land in the 6th or 7th round.

    3. OT David Mims, Virginia Union
We learned back in the 90s that if you are a big body you have to prove you can't play before the NFL will cut you and at 6'8, 330 pounds Mims is this year's big body who has flown up the board late. He has some talent as well but will need plenty of coaching to work on technique, staying low, and even has room to gain more weight. This three-time All-CIAA selection is a true sleeper who we like more than Morehouse OT Ramone Harewood who went in the 6th round last year.
