I don't know if center is our weakest link, but it is a need... this would make perfect sense...

How do you get up to get Konz?

That's gonna be hard. Even mortgaging our draft it'll be hard to get to mid to late 2nd round.

But as of right now center is by far our biggest need.

You could give up next year's one but I don't think you do that for C/G/TE.

Glenn seems like he carries a 20-25 grade but slid due to rush on passrushers.

This year's 4th, next year's 2nd, Jenkins and a stretcher. But you better do it quick because Konz ain't gonna last all day.

I know, we could trade Dexter Coakley for a 2nd.

remove OG and that is a very accurate list. they need 1 interior OL but not more than that.
you can put olb in place of og if it makes you feel better to keep the list nice and long.

we can fill a couple of those holes in this draft for sure.

Cowboys might not draft a single Olineman and I'd be alright with that notion.

Konz, Glenn, Silatulo, Reyes, Still, and Brooks are all players worth trading up into the 2nd for. Now what we have to give up for a 2nd depends on where at.

    Early 2nd would be a 2nd in 2013 and pick 81.
    Mid 2nd would be a 2nd in 2013 and a pick 113.
    Late 2nd would be a 3rd in 2013 and pick 81.

I would like to get Konz but it would cost way too much. Plus, I don't think it is as big a need as everyone thinks. Callahan has had remarkable success developing Olinemen plus I think if they have an open competition at center between Costa and Kowalski, I think Killer wins it and he does a very solid job.

You have to pick a position where there are players. This draft is deep with interior offensive linemen, receivers, and corners. It is deep in 3-4 olb, but I think lots of them will get picked over in the 2nd. I doubt there is a credible pass rush olb around our pick in the 3rd. Take a center or a receiver and hope for a safety or defensive end in the 4th.

If you want a quality front 7 player on the Defense they are about to be extinct in the 3-4th round.

    That is all.
