to bring up Key's TD from last year. It happened nine months ago but he is still whining about it.
Redskin fan. What did you expect, anything differently???
Al Michaels is a worthless POS. I hope he falls down somewhere and breaks both his legs and both his arms.
I thought he was better than he has been in the past in terms of dogging us and I think its fair to say that Madden is a Dallas homer.
I agree. Funny he didn't mention the controversial PI call against Rice (on Rice's TD where he obviously threw the defender to the ground, yet PI was called on the defender).
Madden always sides with the team that is winning....whoever it may be.
Believe me, if Seattle was winning, he would have kissed their azz too.
That is a FACT. I've thought that for YEARS.
I dislike Michaels as much if not more than anyone around here but I thought that last night, for a change, the guy was pallatable.
I doubt it will last, but he didn't annoy me last night nearly as much as he normally does.
Unless you have Brett Favre as your QB... then he's frothing at the crotch no matter how bad you are...
And really I just laugh when people bring this type of thing up....so and so don't like us and blah blah blah.
I really don't care if an announcer likes us or not.
It's because Michaels - a notorious gambler- probably had $$ on Seattle.
Yeah, Al "Michelle" is a mobster...
Anyone else notice the Dig that "Dallas" can't EVER run a screen pass and San Fran has ALWAYS been "GREAT" at it....
Yeah, whatever MOBSTER...
Umh no Madden is just a plain Homer...... I like Al Michales was it just me or did he appear to get frustrated with John last night. When they where talking and John almost knocked over the stool or chair?
I've always thought that. I've heard him in the past mention the total of the score, etc.
Is there any mention of that anywhere since you put "notorious"?
Yeah.....he has alot of manlove for Favre.
When Madden does a Packer game, he is in a surreal fantasy world with a almost orgasmatic state of mind over Favre.
Michaels kept trying to say there was some kind of a rule change inspired by Key's "TD" at Seattle last year, but I never did figure out what that rule change was. I did notice that they reviewed the Berriault hit that jarred the ball loose from the receiver AFTER the Seahawks had already run the next play. Was that the rule change he was talking about?
I believe the rule change was if the coaches throw the red flag, while it is under 2 minutes...the team that throws the red flag will get a 15 yard penalty but I could be wrong.
You are correct. Coaches no longer have the buzzer only the red flag and can't throw it under 2 min doing so results in 15 yards. One other rule change teams can no longer use back to back timeouts to freeze a kicker doing so results in a 15 yarder.
Hey everyone, just remember, this is the LAST year we have to put up with Madden/Michaels!!!!!!
