CBSSportsline puts him as their 11th ranked prospect. Only 2 years of college football but became a big-time player in that span. His banner year being his 1st year on the field in '09, recording 64 tackles, 19 for loss and 11.5 sacks. He missed 3 weeks early in '10, but he still had an impact on the field when he came back, while playing hurt because his injury didn't require surgery.

Reading his scouting report, and it looks like he could handle Anthony Spencer's SOLB position, but being able to provide much more explosion as a pass-rusher.

He would give us 3 OLBs able to rush the passer, him, Ware and Butler and would eventually push Spencer out of the lineup, and ultimately off the team since his rookie contract is about to expire anyways.

I think Aldon Smith is a little too angular and stiff to play OLB in a 3-4. He reminds me a bit bodywise of Osi Umenyiora of the Giants.

By the time the draft gets here he may be the best thing available at our pick. Assuming the usual mind and personality of a professional are there. Looks like a great athlete.

What would he be playing, DE?

    He's 6-5 260 lbs.

Heard his name on a podcast the other day. They said he was a lot like Jason Pierr Paul.

JPP might just work out for the Giants after all

He looks SUPER slow to me, but maybe that's just because he's tall.

Alot of really good 3-4 OLB prospects in this draft. Love Ayers from UCLA, like Kerrigan from Purdue. Love Houston from UGA

he did get hawked super quick on the int. But his passrush moves can't be denied...lol That little hop jump and club he do looks good. And we might can use him inside like missouri did.
