While Jarrett is not going to run a 4.3 or 4.4, it's not a fair comparison to compare him to Keyshawn Johnson, Mike Williams, or Michael Irvin (although I'm sure all of us would not mind the last one). They are all big, possession type guys who shield smaller CB's and make the tough catches. Jarrett is big like them but he is faster and much more athletic. He has a great vertical and uses his size well. I think Alvin Harper (on the field) may be the better comparison. We have bigger holes than WR, but Jarrett definitely fits the "best player available" mold and would be a big part of the Dallas offense for years.
