Undersized and will never be a full time player in the NFL, but this kid is an absolute terror off of the edge. Currently projected as a 5th/6th round pick and could be a very good pick up as a nickle/situational pass rusher. He's a Juco transfer that had 17.5 sacks in 18 games at USC before a hip injury cut his senior year short.

STRENGTHS: Possesses a short, stout frame, routinely gets a good jump off the snap and demonstrates the ability to dip at the edge and maintain balance through the corner turn. Maintains a low center of gravity and utilizes leverage against bigger tackles to put them on their heels and make it tough to disrupt his pursuit without grabbing.
Exhibits a strong closing burst once he clears the edge, and does a good job of extending and wrapping up his target. Flashes a quick spin back to the inside, and has adequate agility to redirect with suddenness. Makes good use of head fakes to change direction at the edge and create balance issues for opposing blockers. Good hand quickness to swim or rip back to the inside.
WEAKNESSES: Hip injury and hernia surgery cut his 2013 season short, limiting him to just five games and leaving many to wonder if there will be lasting impact on his explosiveness.

Size limitations and trouble handling the run make it tough to envision even a healthy Breslin being an every down three-point edge rusher at the next level. Struggles to disengage at the point of attack, and lacks the strength to consistently anchor against the run. Does not display power to move opposing blockers with a bull rush, and collapses at the elbow on contact too frequently, rendering him easy to control by strong tackles and even tight ends at times.

Yeah and he didnt get invited to the combine. Gets nicked up a little too much for me but I 'd be interested in the lower rounds.

Doubtful he lasts that long. He'll definitely get drafted, especially in a draft class not exactly deep with edge rushers.

Breslin is 240 with the frame to get to MAYBE 250. Barr is 255 with the frame to get to 265 no problem. So yeah, there's a big difference. And that's not even taking length into consideration.
