Ok I made it up for the first practice but unfortunately something came up and I couldn't attend the 2nd one.

I haven't read anyone elses report but I'm willing to be it's gonna be way better than mines. But oh well it's better than nothin right?

Ok when I first got there, Jerry was firing up the crowd with a speech. He was saying how we are tied for the most superbowls and hopefully we get the 6th this year. And then Rowdy came out, bless his soul. He is one funny guy..

Ok after that, the players slowly started making there way to the field. It started off with some no name guys, guys I didn't even know, and then the names got bigger.

Eddie George probably got the loudest entrance, with the crowd yelling EDDIE, EDDIE, EDDIE!!

Ok I'll start with the WR against the CB drills.

All it is, is the WR against the CB, and then there's a QB throwing. No D-line, linebackers or O-line or anything. Just the WR versus the CB. The line of scrimmage was about the 7 yard line and Drew Henson was the QB.

    Play 1:

    Keyshawn vs. Hunter

Keyshawn beat Hunter BADLY on a slant route and caught a nice pass from Henson for the TD.

    Play 2:

    Glenn vs. Newman

Glenn ran a fade route to the corner of the endzone and Newman leaped EXTREMELY high to come down with the INT. That man got hops. It wasn't that bad of a throw either.

    Play 3:

    Bryant vs. #33.

Bryant has his man beat on a slant route but he dropped a nicely thrown pass from Henson.

    Play 4:

    Randal Williams vs. Donald Mitchell

Randal ran a fade route to the corner of the end zone and made a nice catch over Mitchell, it was a perfectly thrown ball.

    Play 5:

    #80 vs. Roy Williams

#80 ran a fade route to the sideline of the endzone and made a nice 1 handed catch over Roy. It was again a perfectly thrown ball and it was just a nice catch.

    Play 6:

    Zuriel Smith vs. Andrew Davison

Smith ran a slant route but Davison jumped it nicely and broke up the pass.

    Play 7:

    #87 vs. Jemeel Powell

87 beat Powell with a catch in the corner of the endzone. Again, it was a nicely placed ball by Henson.

    Play 8:

    #14 versus #33

14 made a nice catch over the top of #33 for the TD.

    Play 9:

    James Newson vs. #35

Newson made the TD grab on a great throw from Henson. It's one of those purposely underthrown passes to the sidelines, and Newson made the grab.

    Play 10:

    #18 vs. Keith Davis

18 beat Davis on a slant route but Henson threw it behind him... His only poorly thrown ball.

    Play 11:

    Bryant vs. Hunter

Bryant ran a fade route to the corner of the endzone and it was nicely broken up by Hunter.

That was the one-on-one drill. This next one was a scrimmage with the offense versus the defense. It was far away so some plays I couldn't tell.

    1. Carter pass complete to Campbell in the flats.

    2. Cason run up the middle.

    3. Carter scramble up the middle, would have been a huge gain in a real game.

    4. Carter pass to #36 in the flats, big gain.

    Vinny now in at QB.

    5. George run to the left, would have been no gain.

    6. Vinny pass complete to #48 over the middle.

    7. Jones nice run to the outside left.

    8. Vinny pass to Jones over the middle, nice run after catch.

    Romo in at QB

    9. Romo handoff to #32 up the middle.

    10. Romo pass to 32 in left flats complete.

    11. Cason nice run up the middle.

    12. Romo short pass to #13 on the sidelines complete.

    13. I missed it

    Quincy in at QB

    14. QC pass to Martin in flats complete.

    15. I missed it

    Vinny in at QB

    16. Vinny reverse to Randal Williams who slipped in the backfield for negative yards.

    17. Vinny pass to #36 over the middle complete, nice run after catch.

    18. missed it

    19. Vinny DEEP pass to Randal Williams, broken up nicely by Keith Davis. Was almost intercepted by Davis. Ball was a little overthrown

    Romo in at QB

    20. Romo handoff to Jones, nice gain

    21. missed it

    22. Romo scramble, good pressure by #95.

Ok the next sequence of plays is where the offense is on the 2 yard line against the defense. This is simulating a goal line situation.

    1. QC handoff to Jones up the middle, no gain.

    2. QC scramble to the right, ran in for the TD.

    3. Vinny handoff to JJ, Touchdown.

    4. Vinny passes to a wide open Campbell in the back of the endzone but it was a little too high. Vinny looked hesistant while passing.

And these are just some random observations:

    -Campbell needs a haircut

-Linebackers and Db's were wearing these weird color showercaps

    -Flozell is a monster

    -Cheerleaders ***** are breath-taking

-Watching Glenn in warm ups was awesome, he was making some nice catches

-Tony Dixon was working with the first team defense in place of Woodson, and Carson in place of Blade.

-Jemeel Poweel layed a big hit in the DB drills, made the crowd go wooo

-#13, 14 and 18 all did well in the WR drills. #87 dropped one.

    -#39 can't catch from what I saw.

And that's about it, it was pretty fun... yall should go

And on a closing note I list the players I was impressed with and unimpressed with.

    Impressed with:

    Drew Henson
    James Newson
    Andrew Davison
    Randal Williams
    Newman
    Keyshawn

    Unimpressed with:
    #35
    #39
    #33

Sorry for all the numbers, I don't have a list of the names

    Thanks for the report, Bell.

That would be undrafted rookie fullback Lousaka Polite.

And he's supposed to be well-rounded as a player.

LOL man I didn't have a camera... I was thinking about getting one before the practice started, but I arrived just in time and I didn't want to miss anything.. At least one other person on here had to taken pictures of the cheerleaders, maybe Radiohead did

Yeah "your boy" Glenn was doin really good, I was just messin with you about him the other day. He's one of my faves too..

And I wish I could go everyday but my mom works during the weekdays and unfortunately I don't drive yet. So next saturday I'll be able to go again but until then I'm hoping Radiohead is able to make it, I think he lives only like 20 minutes away. Me on the other hand, I live in San Diego

    The sky is falling! Again.

TheKey, it's the first day of practice. :) One play, one pass, on the very first day.

Terry let Tnew get a pick on him. Does that mean he'll be benched?

BTW, did you hear Jerry say yesterday at the press conference he has NEVER considered moving to LA?

Henson looked real good. His passes were precise and accurate, he threw a perfect slant to AB, and AB dropped it. QC was so so, he mostly threw dinky passes and some of them looked erratic, he better step up his game, cuz his job ain't secure, especially with Vinny breathing down his neck and Henson looking like the QB we've been looking for. Key also dropped a couple of easy ones. It's the first practice so it shouldn't matter much. Overall, first day of practice was good.

I was able to get Roy's Autograph, but that's it, too many fans and not enough players signing.
