OXNARD, Calif. - Second-year player Robert Brewster has been tabbed to start Saturday against San Diego. As offensive line coach, the venerable Hudson Houck is charged with getting Brewster ready for the biggest night of his fledgling career.

"He's got real good balance, got good quickness, got great length of arms, which is really an advantage if you're an offensive tackle," Houck said. "We're moving him from right side to left side, so he's getting exposure on both sides, which varies a little on your set."

They must want to see what they have in Brewster- either a player posing a fat guy, or just a fat guy.

Maybe they should let him focus on one side, so he wouldn't suck so bad.

My thoughts exactly. If Romo is still somewhat under the weather or has a small tweek in his back, no need to risk the franchise on a meaningless game. Get Kitna prepared as well as McGee. Doubt that will be the case though.

This has a two year look to the considerations. They have to be prepared for a 'swing' tackle if Barron does or doesn't own up to his current projections.
