    The Dallas Cowboys' plans to open training camp next week at the Alamodome may have hit a snag when the NFL player representatives decided Wednesday not to vote on any labor deal to end the lockout.

    The delay in the vote could force the club to set a new start date for practice. According to a source, the Cowboys had hoped to start working out at the dome July 28.
