I think all over Virginia. In Northern Va I see A LOT of cowboys fans
Colorblind poster terrified by map that tells him Chicago is the most popular team throughout Minnesota.
The most common fan friends list is fun to analyze. Dallas comes in no lower than 3rd at all. Only fanbase that does this. Pittsburgh is pretty impressive as well.
I think they still do and this map is just a little inaccurate.
I believe Shreveport is about 50/50 Cowboys-Saints and that's only because this is the Saints best era ever and they are trying to build a base in Shreveport. That town was overwhelmingly Cowboys in the 90s, I bet. Heck, probably all of Northern Louisiana was all Cowboys and probably a huge chunk of it still is. Before 2005, you could not find a Saints fan outside the Gulf Coast. Now......
RG3 and Jerry Jones are reversing that.
Funny most of the guys here on my rig are from Miss, and Al. Cant think of a single Saints fan among them.
Louisiana surprises me. There are so many Cowboy fans here especially in the NW where the Cowboy games are local.
The dark gray for Dallas doesn't stand out like some of the other colors, yet you can still see the widespread appeal.
Is that LA county that the Cowboys dominate? Pretty impressive.
What's up with the Steelers owning the Carolinas? I thought most in that area were either Redskin or Falcon fans before North Carolina actually got a team. That's weird.
LOL NYJ. Only area that are Jets fan is my area.
I live in southern VA and their are a ton of cowboys steelers and skins fans here
Nah LA county is Raiders. I forgot what county that is north of it, though. Btw, there must be lots of Cowboy fans in California.
No, LA has more Cowboys fans.
That was exactly the breakdown when I lived in Frederick County MD. I assume the Ravens have gained some footing in that area since they've been established for awhile now.
It will be really interesting to see them do this every year and compare the maps. A deep playoff or Super Bowl run would likely alter some surrounding areas of several teams. Teams the like the Cowboys, Steelers and Packers who have a widespread following would likely see the most increases with a Super Bowl win.
And what they do own is in the armpit. No wonder they have such a complex.
Yes. Since they built the new stadium and sell out games now, they've actually been on TV and I've noticed many more people acknowledging that they are Cardinals fans here.
I don't buy it. There's tons of Cowboy fans in New York. Trust me. I'm one of them.
