    When a player retires, doesn't the prorated bonus money they were paid accelerate to the current cap?

    Panthers can afford to draft a left tackle, though WR is also a need of theirs.

    Fortunately its a deep WR draft.

    Very underrated player for most of his career. It's good that he's going out on his own terms.
