He's a pretty good looking developmental player. Apparently the team agrees.

I don't mind it. It's the Phil Costas of the league that I hate wasting time on.

    Good for Parnell.

    Callahan must like him.

he looked alright in preseason. Hopefully he keeps improving. Not bad for a guy who i think was a DE/DT out of college and saints switched him to OT and we stole them from the saints practice squad.

I saw a lot of this player in training camp last year. Very impressive. Really quick feet and fluid movement. Very tall with long arms. I think he would have been fine in pass protection if he had to play in 2011. He just needs a little more strength for run blocking, IMO.

That's one of the best bits, esp if he keeps improving. :)

Because he is our back up left tackle. Who is also the "Swing" and active on game day.

Yeah, I was surprised how well he played last preseason. He seems to just have a natural feel for the position.

I really like this move. Looked pretty solid and must still be improving.

Wow, Jerry finally showing some foresight in signing a young player before he hits FA. Now if only he would carry this forward with Sean Lee and Tyron Smith when the moment is right.

I liked what I saw of him pre season, looked like he had feet for the left side.
