Last week, Tony Romo was a failure as he threw the game away against the Jets. This week, Romo is a superstar after a brilliant performance in a victory over the 49ers.

Such is life for the Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback.

Romo shook off a rib injury that forced him to leave the game briefly (some reports said it was a broken rib that would keep him out of the game permanently) and came back to lead the Cowboys to an overtime victory after they had trailed the 49ers by 10 points in the fourth quarter.

Kitna almost gave the game away. One INT in our end zone, and one leading to a SF TD.

I'm not sure I want him backing us up anymore.
