I watched two of the three games today (couldn't bring myself to check out the Skins/Whiners). I saw SO many blatant offensive holds (many were so obvious they were just short of a mugging) that were NOT flagged that I've come to the conclusion this is not merely poor officiating but a conscious effort (management directed?) meant to go hand in hand with the new 'God forbid a DB should touch a receiver' rule. This is really getting friggin' ridiculous. How in holy hell are any but the most dominant defenses supposed to compete when the odds are Vegas rigged in favor of the offense? This crap is supposed to make the NFL more exciting???

I have no figures to back up my thoughts, but I damned sure am going to be keeping an eye on it the rest of the season. Thoughts?
