I'm definitely fine with Cox at 14.

My favorites at that spot are

    DeCastro
    Ingram
    Cox

I don't think Ingram will be there at 14. So if we go defense, Cox could be that picks.

Like the pick in the 1st, I think Dallas will go either OL or OLB in the 2nd round if Cox is the pick at 14.

Team might want Callahan to get the OL to Gel but he might have something to say if at 45 Zietler is there.

If true, this makes me nervous.

I admitedly know next to nothing about our two new OGs, but in my opinion the OL is in dire need of a couple more high draft pick (rounds 1-3)investments.

Would be very happy with Fletch at 14 . thinking olb in r2 and og or cb in round 3

Yes, I have been reading a lot of the opinions here. :D

After the Steven Jackson draft debacle (again my opinion), I try not to let myself too spun up....it can be a challenge though.

As my Dad always says...."keep the faith". :star:

Vela has been steadfast DL first round for a while now based on his sources. Second round is suprising defense as well. Second round I think they could go offense and the only positions that would suprise me are QB or RB.

That guy can play. There are not many 300lbs juniors that can move like that and have production while playing on an overmatched team. I think he will end up as one of the top 5 non-qb's in this draft.

I'll take Cox. All day, every day. Give me him and Ball, and you've got most of what you need to display a really impressive unit.

Sorry I dont think the couple JAG veteran OL they signed means they wont go OL in the first or second if their guy is there. Heck we spent way more money on defense then offense in FA so I cant see how that would make us now also go defense in the first 2 rounds also???

So would Cox play DE in our 3-4? Seems like a wasted pick for a block absorber if he does...

Actually I think Cox goes before Ingram and that works for me.
