An old friend of mine was killed in a car accident there. I guess last night. His name is Steve Hack. If any of you in that area could PM me any news videos or stories I would appreciate it.

His daughters are friends of my daughters and they are really torn up today. Steve was a mess, but he was still their Dad, and they love him.

I guess his Uncle is on his way to Texas to bring the body back here for a funeral.

I haven't been able to either. That is why I asked for help. I am meeting with his daughters and Mom at Church today. His sister and her boys might be there as well.

It is awful when kids lose a parent so young, and worse this time of year.

I really appreciate it. His body is being flown back Tuesday and the funeral is Thursday.

Steve was a Cowboys fan. Today was his funeral. They had two star balloons for his daughters to release. His nephew backed his truck up to near the grave and cranked up George Strait's song "This Is Where The Cowboy Rides Away."
