The problem with Vick is he's too slow mentally to play quarterback in the NFL. He's never had a good game against a quality defense, particularly in the playoffs. Most quarterbacks throw the ball before receivers break on their route. Vick doesn't see it that quickly, so he holds the ball until after the receiver comes out of the break. That's why he takes so many unnecessary hits. He complains about not getting late hit calls like other QBs, but it's his own fault. Against a bad defense, Vick is incredible. But a good defense that makes him read and react owns him. Always has, always will.
