    Cowboys hoping to keep pressure on Pats' Brady
    Intense pass rush will be needed to rattle canny QB.

    Late-night channel surfing this time of year is sure to produce a few horrific images.

    Members of the Dallas Cowboys' defense, however, don't need to wait until they get home to be exposed to a chilling sight or two. Film sessions showing New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady calmly scanning the field with his feet set is scary enough.

    To ensure they won't be haunted by that image Sunday in Foxborough, Mass., the Cowboys' pass rush must gallop at Brady with Headless Horseman-like intensity.

    “I think that's important every week,” Dallas coach Jason Garrett said. “You always want to affect the quarterback and make him move off his spot. You don't want him to be comfortable in the pocket, so you do that individually with just pass rushers beating offensive linemen or tight ends or backs, and you also try to do that with scheme.

    “This guy's a great player, though. It's been pretty obvious he's been one of the marquee players in this league for about the last 10 years. ... It will be a great challenge for us just to try to slow those guys down.”

    Brady ranks second in the NFL and first in the AFC in passing with a 109.5 rating. In leading the Patriots to a 4-1 start and a share of the AFC East lead, he has completed 67.9 percent of his attempts (133 of 196) for 1,874 yards with 14 touchdowns and six interceptions.

    No passer has more yards and only Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers has thrown for as many TDs...
