Now that these have been on the market for awhile, I wanted to know what if anyone had one and what they thought of it.

I am thinking of getting one since I always travel to visit family during the holidays and I'd like to be able to use my Sunday Ticket subscription.

Are there any limitations as far as your high speed internet provider? Do I need certain speeds or anything?

If anyone has one, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

    Thanks.

I have one and use the laptop to view the TV shows when I'm away and can't view the tube. It's mostly NFL games or stuff I have TIVO'd. It even works on my Treo 700w. :) I love it. Very easy to setup and as long as you have a decent connection, it's worth it. Of course, if you go full screen, it will look pixellated, but I keep mine in a small window and it's beautiful. No regrets.

A Slinbox is about 150 to 175, depending on where you get it.
