Well you have the internet
Is it OK to call Branch Yo-Yo yet? He is going to set some kind of record for being signed and released by the same team...
94 on the Niners d-line is a beast....He's always knocking his blocker back...
the Niners are killing the Pats....if not for 2 turnovers in the red zone, a missed Akers FG and being conservative before the half, the score could be even more lopsided.
The Pats are looking like the Texans did against them last week.
31-3 Niners in the 3rd.
He's been one of the top DT/DE's in the league for damn near a decade. Sadly, he played on a poor Bengals team for many years, then transitioned to a bad 49ers team. Now that they are a good 49ers team, he's finally getting the recognition he deserves.
Edit: Looks like ESPN actually has him ranked as the #1 DT in the game:
DEFENSIVE TACKLE - TOP 10
RK PLAYER GRADE
1 Justin Smith 92
2 Haloti Ngata 90
3 Ndamukong Suh 88
4 Vince Wilfork 86
5 Richard Seymour 84
6 Cullen Jenkins 83
7 Kyle Williams 82
Darnell Dockett 82
9 Geno Atkins 81
B.J. Raji 81
This is why they play the games, never know whats going to happen out there come gametime.
Never thought the Pats would look like a HS team out there, but they do.
After last week, I thought we were looking at another Giants/Patriots Super Bowl. Boy, what a difference a week makes.
Justin Smith, one of Missouri best football players at college and high school ever.
The NFC is so much better than the AFC this season that it really doesn't look close.
The Patriots are done. They haven't been legit since they were winning Super Bowls with a dominant defense and a grind-it-out offense. Now they are a mediocre defense with a finesse offense.
I agree. New England has not been that great this year. They are good but not great.
One of those weird games. If they meet again, I doubt it would be so lopsided.
Since spygate they have been exposed. I hate when teams play prevent defense.
We went 3-1 against the AFC, but should have been 4-0, :bang2: the Baltimore game.
2 narrow Super Bowl losses means not legit? Lol.
There's a reason why they lost those Super Bowls. Finesse offense gets exposed by physical football. When they won their first three Super Bowls, they would wear out opposing teams but the post-Spygate Pats have been the teams that end up getting worn down themselves. They are built for the regular season
They cheated against Rams.
If they were so "exposed" how did they get to a place 30 other teams couldn't?
