    CBS Sports reports sources say that HC Chip Kelly has chosen to remain at Oregon, although nothing official has been announced at this time.

    kelly already has turned down the nfl twice. some teams in future may just stay away from him and not waste there time with him

    "Chip Kelly turned down a chance to go to the NFL and to returned to Oregon, according to sources. Considered Eagles but stayed at Oregon."
