Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said cornerback Mo Claiborne has improved in his rehab from the knee injury that has sidelined him the past couple of weeks.

He has made progress by starting to run and doing some change direction stuff. Claiborne will not play against the Bengals but the Cowboys are hopeful of getting him back on the practice field next week.

"It’s been positive," Garrett said. "He ran again today and did some good work, some changing direction work. He’s making progress each and every day. It’s important that he does, that he keeps growing. We don’t anticipate him playing this weekend, but these next few days are really important for him to hopefully get back on the practice field at some point next week."
