I want this right now!
So does New Orleans.
The question is. Do you ever have to wash your clothes again after treating them with that stuff? :laugh2:
Windshield washer fluid!
I wonder how persistant it is? What if one breathes it? What if it is unwittingly consumed after settling on food? Is there a solvent? Is there a measurable electrical field? How would it affect the chemoelectricity in our bodies? If it also repels grease and oil, it must be lipophobic as well. If sprayed onto skin, does it soak in? Will it wear off?
I want to spray some on my golf ball when I play the water hole on my local course. This could get interesting, maybe I could skip the ball off the water and drive the green - nah, that would be cheating.
Lotta possibilities, lotta questions.
all great questions and probably the reason it isn't available for retail yet. do you think it would make your ball more skip-able? I don't play golf, is it not possible to skip the ball as it is?
Actually, the question would be CAN you ever wash your clothes again?
That is a valid question! :laugh2:
No, I think it's been long enough. LOL
would you need too? moisture is what makes your clothes smell. in the video he mentions that dirt and what not would adhere to the water and the water would just shoot off so you could just spray off the dirt and be good to go.
imagine playing a football game in the rain but the only thing that gets wet is the ball and your skin; no heavy jersey, and wet socks weighing you down.
what about your windshield on your car? would you ever need to turn on your wipers again? the applications are potentially awesome.
So musty dirty armpit sweat will roll off straight into your lap, sounds like a good idea.
and if your pants are treated then right off your pants and on the floor!
That's essentially how Rain-X works. If you've never used it, you should try it. You don't have to use your wipers at ALL in heavy rain. Be careful though, you start watching it work and get distracted while driving. The rain just sheds immediately off of your windshield...
It's a bit of a pain to put on, but it is an amazing product...
The Windshield Wiper fluid is pretty good, but no match for the original product...
What would be cool is if they could formulate the glass to have this built in...
Ive used it, it is a pain to put on and wears off quickly
Yep... you have to put it on monthly...
Why not put it on the ball. Aikman would have loved it.
it could change the grip on the ball. there are just some things you have to leave alone
Or bald headed basketball players like Shaq and Jordan can spray it on their heads so that they won't sweat so profusely.
