This x1000........IDK if I will even go see the other movie at all, but at least not at the theater.

Now TDK.......Welp that's IMAX material right there

This is no contest. It's TDK by a long, long, long way.

Same as above. No comparison. The Dark Knight Rises.

I'm not even sure I'm going to see Spider-Man.

It's like a mosquito trying to swat an elephant.

I look forward to seeing what Christopher Nolan does with Superman, too.

Odd comparison...I guess because both are "comic book" movies.

I'm not interested to see the Spiderman movie at all.

Tough to beat that Avengers movie though.

Looking forward to TDKR for sure.

Spider man had 3 movies come out not to long ago...and they are already rebooting the series.

Compare that to TDK, which will be the end of the trilogy...

Like everyone mentionned, not even close. :p:

I agree with the other posters but just curious, are people not interested in Spiderman because it's an unnecessary reboot repeat origin story, or because the movie doesn't look good, or because you don't like the character Spiderman as much?

I agree TDKR will be better and I'm looking forward to it, and staying away from ASM because of reasons 1 and 2.

These. I find the kid playing Spider-Man extremely boring/annoying and a terrible actor.

    Combination of all three.

Too soon to do a reboot already, the trailer looked boring since it's something we've seen not long ago and i was never a huge spider-man fan, even as a kid.

The reason they (Sony) cranked out a re-boot so quickly was to keep the rights to the character.

If not, the rights would have gone back to Marvel Studios. We would have some quality Spider-Man films from Marvel Studios and Spidey would have been in The Avengers.

I've heard this speculated, but I've never seen any hard reporting on it. It's possible they own the rights entirely.

As much as I love spidey, have to go with DK on this one. It's the last of the trilogy!

I kind of feel the same way. I might go see it if someone invites me or my girl wants to go, but I'd rather not spend the 16-25 bucks it usually takes to go to the movies on it. I'd rather save that money for something I really want to see and wait until Spidey it's out for rent.
