Also the INT by Heath should have been an INT. If he stood up and tried to run with it it would have chewed some time off the clock and time would not have been much of an issue. That was an obvious INT and yet that wasn't called. Why?
Doesn't make sense to be. The NFL is vibrant and healthy with huge ratings. Thursday's awful game between Carolina and Tampa drubbed the World Series ratings even.
The NBA TV ratings are microscopically small. Nobody really wants to carry their games anymore on major networks. David Stern and the league have to overpromote a small handful of guys to get any interest at all from mainstream America.
You could take Peyton, Brees, AP, Megatron, Brady, Revis, and Dez out of the NFL, and it wouldn't skip a beat. You take LeBron, Kobe, Dirk, Paul, and Rose out of the NBA, and you'd hear crickets.
