    I know '74 was the first year we didn't make the playoffs in a long time, but even had we beat the Raiders I don't think we would have qualified. So I guess what I'm saying is I'm not sure. :)

    The Cowboys waived Dennison meaning he was a free-agent when he signed with the Browns and the Cowboys got nothing for him.

    Lombardi is correct. New York Yankees (39 seasons) and Montreal Canadiens (32 seasons) have more consecutive winning seasons than the Cowboys. The Celtics twice had strings of fourteen consecutive winning seasons.
