Funny stuff. My wife has a Yorkshire Terrier and whenever she asks the dog if she wants to go ride in the car that dog does about the same thing. She does jumps, figure eights, barks, pants, and just about anything crazy a dog can do. It's pretty funny. I need to record it one day.

    Please do.

My dog freaks out for a walk too, but not like that Boxer.

Before he got old, our JRT would FLIP OUT if you said the word "walk" or "treat."

Speaking of funny things dogs do, does your dog ever get "the rips?"

You know, they run around super fast, low to the ground, doing laps for seemingly no reason at all? I think most dog owners also call them "the zoomies."

Not yet. Today I gave her a treat though and she dropped it and it broke in two. Normally she runs off to eat it in private. With two pieces on the ground she was looking at them back and forth then at me. Finally she grabbed the big chunk and ran off. Later she got the littler piece. It was cute seeing her trying to figure out her next move.

A Boston Terrier my dad used to have did the same thing after a bath. We'd call it "cutting roostertails" because he haul butt so fast and turn such tight corners that he'd kick up blades of carpet grass behind him.
