I thought you were referring to the TD to Dez. My bad. He was clearly open on the other pass to Dez though, and he was in fact doubled on the TD pass.

Tell me it doesn't look like a Make a Wish event when he's out there in the offense though.

    Isn't playing Beasley unsportsmanlike conduct?

How about unleashing Dwayne Harris as well? A guy with that kind of YAC ability should be a utilized in the offense.

Meanwhile, Ogletee just threw his 3rd ofer in the last 5 games.

Curious how the the coaching staff of the Eagles thought enough of Beasley to double team him in a crucial down and distance play...

...and we are hesitant to give him a bigger role in the offense.

It's unreal that Harris, at least, can't get in there and play some.

What does Ogletree offer to this team? I just don't understand him at all.

Looks like the Eagles recognized Beasley's quickness and bracket-covered him twice to take away the short pass.

I agree with others. I'd love to know why we cant find a way to get Harris on the field more.

I think on most other teams, he would have already had significant snaps (maybe not a starter but). Either he sucks during practice or for some reason this team just has/makes no committment to developing younger players.

Wow they doubled Beasley quite a bit. Beasley is quick. He is a killer on those short routes. We really need to use him more.

    Harris and Beasley?

Maybe they don't want their WR corp to resemble the jockey room at Churchill Downs.

I don't think Beasley is someone who can be an every down player, but he's a great role player. He's tiny for an NFL player, but he also can use that to his advantage. Man, he's quick. I like him as a short route guy.

I wonder if he could also be effective at deep routes. What do you think?

Loved Harris's punt return for a TD. I've been wanting that all season. I think we could rotate the 3rd WR, Ogletree, Harris, Beasley.

Does there really need to be a lame beasley topic after every game???? True wr core is weak and he deserves a shot to show hes weak too. But time will tell if he gets a shot
