Two days apart. Tough blow for the Houston area to lose both so close.
Weren't they both 90? And just two days apart. May they both RIP.
I heard this earlier but have not seen the link posted on ESPN etc.
The circumstances around this death are a bit sketchy. I hope that the reports of suicide are not true.
RIP Kenneth Stanley "Bud" Adams, Jr.
His son committed suicide years ago, but I read Bud died of natural causes.
Died of natural causes. He has been pretty sick lately and was home in Houston resting.
I doubt Houston fans are grief stricken over Bud passing. He was hated there for moving the Oilers as I understand it.
Now Bum is different.
It is strange though they died so close together.
Woody's Girl would know.
Joins in death? Kinda odd way to word it.
Exactly. Bum was loved, Bud was hated.
The analogy would be about like Tom Landry and Bum Bright.
I haven't heard that. I can tell you that if I am 90 and in very poor health, then suicide doesn't seem like hat bad of an idea.
Notsure if they are going to the same place.
Six feet into the ground? I think so.
I have to hand it to the old guy. Had to be one of the most hated men in H town & yet he still lived there.
Billionaire & he could live anywhere in the world & yet he stayed there.
Isnt Bud Adams the guy who gave the finger to the fans a couple years ago from his luxury box?
