It's all what you consider a bad Cowboy. He embraced the Cowboys and there are/were alot of Cowboy fans who liked him. We even sent a few kids to his football camps. The issue is his off-field presence on the team became bigger than his production on the field, and overall he was just annoying. Everytime he had an issue, he ran to a camera to share. He might have a valid reason for almost everything he said or did, but it got real old, real fast. And then when he tried to stay out of the media, he still was part of every story being written. Everything he ever did or say was done to elevate himself and not the team. I hate the phrase, "shut up and play," but I truly believe if he had done more of that, then he might have stuck around.
