    Star Trek
    BSG (New)
    Stargate SG1

Lots of others I liked as well. Quantum Leap, SG Atlantis, BSG (Original), Outerlimits, STD9, STV, Enterprise, Falling Skies, Terra Nova, Above and Beyond. I liked all of these also and more but those 5 are the top 5 for me.

    Star Trek -TOS
    Star Trek - TNG
    Babylon 5
    Space-Above and Beyond

really those 4 to me stand out- not putting in a 5th. I do not consider X-Files a science fiction outer Space Show- If so it would be #5

    Firefly (way above anything else)
    ST: TNG
After that, not much I care about. Never saw Babylon 5 or the new Battlestar Galactica, so everything else I would choose from would be stuff like Buck Rodgers when I was a kid, and a few of the other Star Treks which I never really got into.

    Wait a sec.....
    Someone besides me remembers UFO.

That was a great show that should have gotten more recognition...also didn't hurt that it had some pretty hot babes dressed pretty scantily especially for the time period.

    Star Trek TOS
    Dr Who
and while not outer space shows the Outer limts and the Twilight Zone were exceptionally written.

While I might have five favorites, I don't think there were five good Outer Space shows on TV.

Didn't help that Star Trek:TNG, Babylon 5, and Battlestar Galactic (2) had good runs in their time on the screen, but very bad runs as well.
