This is from 2012 after the game
What's the point of this?
haha none really. Sherman has a big mouth. He is in the headlines. And looks like his mouth caused someone to do something about it.
I see nothing but a bad attempt at a sucker punch by a 300 lb'er while wearing his helmet.
Actually, as I recall, Williams warned him it was coming first and Sherman said go ahead because he's dumb. Was an open-handed face-shove (visible from another angle).
Its not a sucker punch when the guy is in your face running his mouth
Dumb? Stanford Grad 4.2 GPA and a million. Doesn't sound like someone who is dumb.
He means dumb in a emotional sense. You can be a Stanford graduate and 4.2 GPA and still be an "idiot" emotionally.
When a 6'5" 325 lb guy says 'I'm going to punch you.' the proper response is 'Please do not.'
unless you're dumb.
Especially one who is hit over the head with a champagne bottle and tasered, but still stayed on his feet.
Seems like the Redskins player was upset they choked away a 14-0 lead.
Loser. Pretty wimpy looking punch for someone of that size. Good for Sherman not to back down from that clown.
To those with an objective perspective, it seems like the Redskins player was upset because another man was getting in his face.
That guy is the loser.. and it wasn't a punch, btw. He just open hand shoved at his face.
If it would have been a punch, Sherman wouldn't have gotten off the ground without help.
Same with you if you ever want to try and take a punch from Williams too.
Easy to talk tough behind a computer screen, isn't it?
Oh no. A guy getting in your face during sports? You sound very nerdy saying something like that. Since that pretty much happens constantly at any level.
So then what you are saying, is the Redskins player claimed he was going to punch him, but didn't? Gotcha. Even worse. A fake tough guy. Pretty sure Sherman knew this about him, too.
You honestly think Sherman is going to back down and run with cameras around? You sound very naive.
Then again, you are the one who bashed me for saying you can't count on Miles Austin at all and he is very injury prone.
So your opinion to me means absolutely nothing.
Oye, the ol' "he did good in school so he's smart" argument.
No the guy is very smart street and school. He grew up 30 miles from me and he's damn smart to get where he is today.
It wasn't "during sports".. IIRC.. It was after the game was over and players generally shake each other's hands and show a bit of class. The game has ended, the war is over.
Bottom line.. Sherman is a punk and if you honestly think he could go up against Williams and come out in anything but a body bag, you're as idiotic as he is.
