Good for you Jesse Holley!
Mike has an intro for the show next season, if there is one.
That was a real heads up play by Holley... Too bad he won't make the practice squad.
Thanks, dc. I missed that part. I turned it off for obvious reasons.
I'm sorry. He shouldn't have touched it.
Wow, DC! That was fast. Thanks for posting the clip. I missed that play.
In a real game, I would agree. But when you know you're going to be cut tomorrow, you might as well try to make a play you will always remember. The rest of the team loved it. Michael Irvin must be proud.
your right he shouldnt have...but it did make a nice ending to his story book....something he can show his grandkids and so on.....
It was a great play. Even those of us who didn't drink the Holley Kool-Aid can admit that his efforts helped us win the game.
I'm sorry to break it to you all. Jesse Holley will be on the PS, or on another team.
True, he probably shouldn't have, but he knows he probably won't make the team, and is trying to make a play. His gamble paid off, and got the team a win.
He may have grabbed the attention of another team. Who knows.
Way to go out on a limb...
you might wanna sober up before you make any bets on that
that was pretty sweet. he won't make the team, but good for him. he's worked hard.
Pretty sad, when a guy from a game show is better than the guy the team has been grooming for years!
That was a GREAT way for this guy to end what will more than likely be his NFL career. Hang on to that ball Jessie... you earned it the hardest way possible.
Did it touch a Minny player before he picked it up? If not, maybe he felt he had to do something dramatic.
Yea, he shouldnt have picked up the ball by his feet when 9 Vikings were already behind him
Nah, it's just kind of bounced right at him.
And I love how he was holding it with one hand as he was running down the sideline.
Reminded me of someone.
He hadn't done ANYTHING up til that point to warrant keeping him on the team. He took a chance & it paid off. Can't fault the guy doing something like that in possibly his LAST game EVER with the Cowboys ( or possibly in the NFL ).
