Makes you wonder what would have become of Hatcher's career had he been in a 4-3 scheme from the get...he has always been one of our more effective defensive players (sort of under the radar for most non-Cowboy fans), but the early returns in this scheme look like he might become a force...pro-bowl, maybe even all-pro level.
I am really hoping he keeps up this level and makes the Jay Ratliffe question mute...thx for sharing the segment!
Good segment, shows what Waters CAN DO FOR THE COWBOYS.
man, o'hara is just awkward to watch.
I'd rather not think about that. He's a free agent after this year so I wouldn't be surprised if he's franchised if he's able to keep this up all year.
Brian Waters makes such a huge difference. He just moves so well and he knows everything there is to know about OL play.
Terrific move by Dallas.
Makes you wonder why in the world Denver didn't sign him when they had him in back in 11.
Watching that breakdown was the exact opposite of what Bryan broaddus has been saying about waters all week.
He insisted we wouldn't sign waters and since then has been downplaying everything he does.
I wonder if sometimes Broaddus doesn't make a prediction or a guess and then that influences his opinions for the rest of the season. In other words, he kind of picks Bernardeau and then has real trouble saying that someone else is out playing his pick.
Seems he absolutely does this.
I think Waters will be totally awesome in San Diego.
Probably wasn't quite sure how he would perform in a 4-3. Now that he's showing up consistently on film, he'll have plenty of suitors in the offseason.
I'm just glad the Cowboys got Waters.
Doesn't Denver runa 3-4? They probably saw the Hatcher we saw playing the 3-4 DE and not the Hatcher we are seeing now as a 4-3 DT.
No John fox runs a 43. Hatcher visited there after fix was hired and I don't think they offered him a contract.
My memory is fuzzy on it though so he may have just decided to say here.
