I know of a guy who invented the backwards hat.
Just win and all this goes away.
So THAT's why we're continually having losing seasons.. And here this whole time I thought it was due to a bad GM, Head Coach, and lack of talent in our personnel. Weird.
I have no problem with Kaep, Romo, or any other QB/player wearing their hat backwards. How anyone can think it impacts their play on the field is ridiculous.
we are talking about losing because of Romo's head gear? lovely
although, I would say figuratively speaking, the organization has been backwards on a lot of things in the last 18 years
Is this really a thread?
Do not inject race into this discussion about wearing a cap backwards please.
What in the hell has this site come to?
Is this real life?
that ANYONE would think how you wear a cap means ANYTHING important just shows how STUPID THAT person is.
Yeah! When Romo wins as many playoff games, he has earned the right to look like a moron!
You, all high and mighty and not inviting me to your bingo and mah jong nights. I half feelings too, you know.
Anyone who believes wearing your hat backwards affects your play on the field is an idiot.
Kaepernick has the benefit of a competent owner, GM, & staff...in addition to one of the top 3 defenses in football, arguably the best OL in the league, a solid running game, and weapons such as Boldin, Davis, Crabtree, etc.
Brady and Rodgers are two of the very few (and IMO the best at), consistently putting a team on their back and carrying them despite obvious offensive or defensive deficiencies. That said, Romo helped keep the Cowboys competitive despite their many flaws. Kaepernick shoulders no such burden...particularly on a game-to-game basis, simply because his organization/team is very sound all they way around. Despite the worst defense in franchise history (and one of the worst in NFL history), old Al Davis part II as owner/GM, a suspect coaching staff overall, etc...they were in it until the end again, with 5 of their losses coming by a combined 8 points.
The whole backwards hat thing...
It'll still be ridiculous whether it goes away or not. There's a correlation between cap fashion and won-loss records? OK.
