Obviously, winning in the playoffs, winning a SB, etc etc. But besides that, are there certain mechanics or flaws to his game that you'd like to see him improve on? I love Romo, don't get me wrong. Just curious to see what some of you would like to see him do more often, more consistently, or improve on. I want Romo to trust his receivers a little more. Sometimes, I think if Romo sees tight coverage on Austin or Bryant, he just won't throw to them to avoid an INT; however I think that he would be surprised if he had a little more confidence in them and would just sling it up to them and let them make the play. I see him starting to do this more, especially the latter half of last season with Dez. I would also like to see Romo work on the back shoulder throw and end zone corner fade. I watch Payton Manning and Aaron Rodgers toss gorgeous, undefendable back shoulder throws and fades and it just a thing of beauty. If Romo could throw an end zone fade as well as Aaron Rodgers, he'd already have a ring, IMO. Your thoughts?
