grab Kirk Cousins if he is still there when we pick in the 4th
why? I thought he was a good collegiate QB
Kyle Orton is not the future starter once Romo is done. I like that we have Orton as the back up, but he signed a 3yr deal.
He'd be great value in the 4th, to be honest. But, the next round is pretty deep with decent talent that we could use on a player that would probably contribute long before Cousins ever would. Orson Charles, Jared Crick, Phillip Blake, Ta'Amu.
Just too many guys to pass up for teh sake of a developmental QB. You never know, though. Had Andy Dalton lasted until our 2nd round pick last season, Garrett is alreadly on record that he would have been the pick. With two 4th rounders we might pull the trigger on a a guy like Cousins.
Not only that, it's just a matter of time before Romo signs an extension, also.
We may pick him in the 5th if he is still there...
It could easily happen.
I wouldn't hate it.
......kid is a real leader: reminds me a helluva lot of Garrett truthfully. Smart, charismatic and a great competitior: do it.:starspin
Hope not. He sucks
......and beat a very good Georgia team in the Outback Bowl....your post sucks TROLL:laugh2:
Agreed. Cousins really solidifies the trenches....
Can't argue with picking him. He's got everything it takes to be a starter.
Neither is Cousins
