Witten has more catches than megatron

    Gronk was not on pace to break the record. He was averaging 5.3 receptions per game through 10 games, which would have been 85 for a full season. He averaged 5.6 receptions per game last year and finished with 90 catches. Witten is averaging 7.3 receptions for game. When Tony Gonzales set the record for tight ends he averaged 6.4 receptions per game. Gonzales is currently averaging 6.1 reception per game this season. That guy just doesn't stop. Maybe that whole vegen thing does work.
