Would Holmgren be a good GM?

    Maybe, just maybe...that's the one guy that could make Jerry swallow his pride?? Dan Reeves sure couldn't do it.

    Whether or not he is a good GM is not important...because Jerry would not hire him as a GM.

    Good to great coach... Terrible GM.

    Seattle's success in under Holmgren was largely driven by the success Ted Thompson had (before leaving for Green Bay) handling the draft and player acquisition under Holmgren.

    In Green Bay Holmgren had Ron Wolf as a GM.

    You can see how Holmgren did in Cleveland as a GM without Ted Thompson and Ron Wolf.

    Using our O-line as an analogy, Holmgren would probably be Mackenzy Bernardeau, but that might be a step up from Derrick Dockery (which is Jerry)
