Not a huge deal? You want us to get rid of Dak and draft a bust now? Wow. You’re on fire.

No.. I’m just not scared to draft a QB like you are because that 1 time Ryan Leaf busted.

QBs are easier to find then ever.. Truly elite QBs are more difficult to find but mediocre QBs are everywhere and some of these QBs that you guys think are terrible would be slightly above mediocre like Dak if they were running our offense.

If Jameis Winston is our QB I have no doubt we would’ve gone 8-8 this season and his INT totals would be lower because of the Oline and Zeke allowing him to throw less and be more conservative.

Are you sure you wouldn't be lobbying to return to good graces if he were to throw four TDs in his first game back?? :muttley:
Nope....once I see greed is the determining factor and not team loyalty my respect for them isn't restored.........I still feel the same way about Zeke and Dlaw...........why should we believe Dak won't regress like those two did after he's signed to a ridiculous contract like they were?

I surely can see that side of the question, without a doubt. He seemed to me to get caught up in something that he possibly didn't expect at the time he hired an agent who was so likely to tempt him beyond his inclination to avoid getting greedy. Let's see if his conscience plays a role in a possible return to somewhat more reasonable thinking. Seriously, I'm hoping he comes around to better dealing, when all's said and done. I hope he's better than that.

Yeah.. I would like to see some of those guys come to Dallas and Dak go to Cleveland, Tampa, or the Jets..

I don’t think it’s fair to compare when Dak is working off of a fantastic foundation.

It could equally be said that Garrett's system was limiting what Prescott might be able to do so we don't know what his ceiling is either.

I agree that it is impossible to compare QBs because their situations differ, but it's also unfair to just assume Dak isn't simply better than players rated below him despite the situation. You seem to be eager to agree with anything that makes Dak look average, but quick to dismiss anything that shows him to be quite a bit above average.

You've become Risen Star in your efforts to devalue Prescott, with the only difference being that you didn't hitch your wagon to Wentz. (RS tries to laugh off the situation now because it hasn't worked out like he thought it would.)

I remain open to the possibility of getting better at any position, including quarterback, but see no need to try to make a player out to be less than what he is.

I never said everything is all the qb's fault so yeah try again. I don't use stupid logic like we already overpaid people so let's add another one that I definitely know isn't good. Dak is a main part of what held the team back but you like most people are easily impressed by numbers. Why would I be a Patrick Mahommes guy when there is no chance we get him? You're too emotional and that's a very annoying thing coming from a man. Please make sense when posting.
Lol sounds like your the emotional one I really don’t care near as much as you Dak deniers . We have nothing more to discuss

The ole turn it around trick. Yeah that parlor trick doesn't work on me. You don't care and claim we have nothing more to discuss but you had to be sassy and post this junk. Yeah the original call stands you're emotional as ever over this sir.

Every year we hear the same thing whoever has the number one overall pick is listening to offers. The Bengals will take Joe Burrow. Andy Dalton hasn’t gotten it done in 9 years. He got benched for a few games last season. He’s 0-4 in the playoffs and his numbers are declining. He has a career passer rating of 87.5. He’s clearly not the answer at QB.

Mike Brown and Jerry Jones, imagine the conversation those two geniuses would have.

To be fair Burrow was on no one's radar till this past year.

He might have topped out already.

The native Ohioan doesn't want to return home? Can't say I blame him, they put sugar in their chili.

CIN should check with CAR to see if they want to trade. The guy that helped make Joe Burrow a household name is now their OC.

If I am the Skins, that would make me nervous some team would go up for Young. Like the Giants?

You gotta take Burrow if you’re them.

If you’re Burrow you gotta do everything possible to not get drafted by them as well.

Going to Cincy could ruin his career before it starts.
I suspect barring him pulling an elway he’s going to them
They need a QB and he’s a good kid and player
I can see him wishing for a trade but I don’t think they can get the value they want
If teams know he’s definitely going to be traded them they have to start a bidding war to get what they would need to pass on him
And it’s gonna be very high

Bengals would want a huge price
The giants really aren’t a team who could afford to dump a ton of picks
Any team that pays that price is gonna go after burrow

Of course they will listen, but they aren’t trading it. Not buying that Burrow doesn’t want to play there and a team like NE doesn’t have the draft capital to move up (which is against their MO anyway).

The Bengals are so bad and make no effort towards winning that it would not surprise me if he pulls an Eli Manning and forces his way out of there.

If I’m the Bengals I’m drafting him no matter what but I do think it’s ok to accept a Kings ransom and draft Tua in their situation.

It’s a great year to draft #1.

If I were Washington I would seriously think about drafting Tua.. They better be 100% sold on their QB to pass on a player like Tua.

I know they have a shot at an elite pass rusher but you don’t pass on this type of QB prospect if you are unsure about your current guy.

It’s almost the same situation the Cardinals were in with Rosen.

drafting Tua don't scare you? if there was ever QB that has bust written all over him that would be him. Id feel safer drafting Jaylon Hurts I think Tua will spend far too much time on the injured list
