I thought Burrow showed some serious skills. His throws with accuracy were impressive.
I wasn't that high on Burrow when the season started, and, really didn't think much of him during the season until he played Alabama. HE beat Alabama, on the road and in a pressure situation. And then to knock off Oklahoma and Clemson with such ease. I've convinced he's the real deal. But I don't know what is going to become of his career going to Cincinnati. Carson Palmer absolutely loathed the franchise. Said they weren't committed to winning. That can take a toll on a player. My son is experiencing that now with his college team. All he has known is playing on elite, championship-caliber teams, and then to go to a school where the coaches and coaching isn't even better than your high school program and all you hear at halftime from the coaches is, "What's going on? What can you do to correct your mistakes?" That wears on a champion-caliber player, just like it did Troy Aikman in his latter years.

Yeah.. I know what the team will do.. They will try to re-create some busted version of the 90's dynasty team and keep adding to the years of no success and we'll applaud every signing when it happens but then blame Jerry when those signings aren't enough to win anything.

That's what fans do, and it drives interest; which drives sales.

Yes, they can but the RB transition to the next level has been easier on the RB's than the WR's. Based on the number of WR's drafted and the ones that make it, that's truly a risky pick.

I beg to differ; only because rb's are not as plentiful as receivers, on any given team. RB's, are asked to do their jobs, and catch out of the backfield. I do understand everyone's stance on rb value, I just wholeheartedly, disagree.

Cincinnati is a garbage market, garbage city and I never understood why places like san diego, oakland and st louis would lose their franchises but Cinny keeps theirs.
Bengals fans love their team.

Kind of

If anyone is curious, over the last decade The Bengals rank as the 17th winningest team in the NFL.
So ahead of 15 franchises

Jerry

Give the Bengals whatever they want!!!!!!
You’re doing this because you know we have no shot at getting Burrow and then you can spend the next few years complaining about how Jerry didn’t give up the farm to draft him, much like you whined about Jerry not making the move to get Paxton Lynch until you realized what a bust he was.

Don’t you ever get tired of doing this crap or do you get off on being annoying as hell?

I wasn’t that big on Lynch. My argument back then was more about Jerry not really going after him . I thought that was more of him playing to the media and fans much like he with Manziel.

Jerry had no intention of drafting Romo heir apparent until he was done.

And no, I never tire of arguing what I believe in.

You’re big in trying to rail against Jerry because he priced you out of season tickets. This is just a set up for your next complaint about Jerry that you will undoubtedly repeat a million times, like you do the few other topics you beat the hell out of.

Everything goes back to Jerry. He is what’s ultimately deterring football operations. I’ve never detoured from my core Target.

Im very persistent and relentless in my pursuit. Any Cowboy fan who doesn’t target Jerry is missing the bullseye.

We all know. We all agree, but we don’t have to pull these stupid stunts like you do. You always have to beat around the bush instead of just getting to your point.

Gregg is not going to like anyone Jerry selects. If we got Burrow he could complain Jerry paid too much, even when he is asking Jerry to pay whatever. It’s just how this guy operates.

Fans steer me in different directions or sway away from my core target that I’d never imagine going if not for counter challenges , confrontations and personal insults.

I’m not going to like anyone unless they win a championship.

We had someone who could win championships but Jerry didn’t want to keep him.

Well hopefully most people know you always have an ulterior motive with your posts. You just try to disguise your intent to suck people in.

I’m about planting my seeded agenda of insight and instincts that possibly others hadn't considered.

I could really care less if anyone ever responded. I’d have tens of thousands less post if those who didn’t agree just ignored.
