Zeke smart for holding out last year

It wasn’t that surprising to me.

This board had dozens of fans who were saying “just wear Zeke out for 5 years, run him into the ground and let him walk after his rookie contract is over”.

Then they acted surprised when Zeke held out before that could happen.

As a fan of the Cowboys I would never side with a player who holds out, it's all about how productive they can be not how rich they can become.
Wrong especially when THEY are the ones risking there health and life for the organization and us the fans. And especially when he has the roughest and toughest position to play. Het it while you can cause everybody including the team fans and league will throw you away 5 years later if your a rb

I wasn't a fan of resigning zeke, but what " quit " have you seen in him?
You must be kidding. 2 years ago the just pulled up on a play and didn't even bother to peruse a turn over and last year he tapped out in a crucial moment. Pollard came in cold and didn't convert the first down. that's twice now.

Not to mention the immaturity thing...

He tapped out because he had a head injury. Talk about agenda driven drivel lol

With Todd Gurley getting cut, and Melvin Gordon getting a much lower contract, Zeke was dang smart to hold out last season, instead of waiting for this year.
According to Cowboys Zone he was an idiot that still had two years left on his contract and needs to man up. If he played out his contract there is a good chance he would not get a second contract worth anything with anyone let alone the Cowboys.

He takes on insane contact, and runs people over. He does it play after play. He can tap out any time he wants. That is why you have another RB. If he is gased and doesn't think he can make the play he needs to, it is good for him to get off the field. He also doesn't shy away from blocks, and uses his body on big guys.

Pollard is good. Zeke should tap out any time he needs too.

How often does he fall backwards?

Smart, greedy, knew he lost a step, take your pick.
