Player candidates for selection are ranked by a team, based upon talent evaluated by that team. The team determines value based upon how that player fits into it's own scheme.BPA is a good strat for a rebuilding team, but this isn't a rebuilding team. This is a stacked offense already with GIANT HUGE ENORMOUS GAPING holes on defense.
We’re still pretending Dak’s not an accurate QB?I am up way too early this morning.
Can't sleep.
So let's see what's up with this.
I am pretty concerned about losing Cobb and Witten.
Some say it was time to move on from Witten and get an upgrade.
Some say Cobb was merely a replaceable cog in the offensive machine.
Not so fast.
Firstly, we are talking about Dak as the QB here. He is not Mahomes. Accuracy is not his passport.
Secondly,, our team is now going to have to re-,establish its offensive identity with Beard gone and all the coaching changes.
This team MUST bring in a WR to be added to our mix to help the starters. I clearly sense a falloff coming at receiver.
Some say we have guys already on the roster who should play. That drafting is a waste of time and resources.
Nope...like you say..find one and get him on the field.
In addition to your wants with speed being primary..
I want a guy who is quick. I want one who is not afraid to return punts and KOs, too.
We are needing that every time we touch the ball, there be urgency.
This is a mindset and a 'want to'. It's an intangible not a definable skill set.
So put that in your pipe and let me know.
30 interceptions represents pretty well what Jameis was. That's my entire issue with stats, they only represent the number,, has no representation of the actual athlete.
There is no stat that represents how well you execute in crucial game winning situations.
There is no stat that can represent or translate if you are a winner by nature or a loser by nature.
You can if you factor in their picks.I agree, that's what made Dak Attack's comment so misplaced. I used Jameis to show you cant judge a QB by how many yards he throws for or TD
Mans the greatest gunslinger in the NFL,, just ask him,,, and his ego30 interceptions represents pretty well what Jameis was.
If you think he’s just decent then yeah that’s discrediting him.You can try and do a search, but Im most confident that I have never used stats in order to discredit Dak,, man is a decent QB, but he has discredited himself all by himself.
Lets just agree to be friends,, I value your opinions that's why I even bother to reply,, I enjoy what you have to say..If you think he’s just decent then yeah that’s discrediting him.
I know you are one of those stat guys. We’re still pretending Dak’s not an accurate QB?
65.8% career completion pct.... 4th-best in NFL history.
You don’t know football. At all. You should find a new hobby.I know you are one of those stat guys.
I am a touchy feely guy.
Last year I watched Dak overthrow wide open guys..
saw him fail to lead WRs and throw behind them.
The ones I remember clearly are the ones where Dak would throw a laser beam right into the DBs chest. The DB would flat out drop it becuz he was so surprised Dak threw it.
Last year..this happened almost every game.. Had any of them run them back for 6 pts we would be screaming.
So I appreciate the stater-boys opinions. But I prefer the things I clearly see from drive to drive.
That's all.
Hhmmmm..You don’t know football. At all. You should find a new hobby.
Every single QB has bad balls that are still caught. Every single QB has bad balls that could’ve been picked but weren’t.
Unless you have some context to show that Dak has more of those than other QBs, you have absolutely nothing.
Your garbage “eye test” doesn’t count more than the stats do.
And your “eye test” is just that: garbage.
DeSean.Deshawn Jackson isn't Ross and Austin.
A wide out at 17 would be an extremely poor use of resources. My question is who do you think will be there at 17 for wideout that most people would be happy with ?
Spoken like a know-nothing bozo who only watches the Cowboys play.Hhmmmm..
Whatever you think.
Some out there will understand my implications.
Some will clearly remember the dropped interceptions.
I do not have to go back and find the video. Nobody will take the time to do that. But you remember the plays. They are there. I need to prove nothing.
Dak already proved it by doing it.
Enjoy the show..
