hmmm atleast we are kicking tires. I would get ride of crawford now...Use the money saved by booting crawford on his deal. But man he didn't play in what 4 years. BTW speaking of someone not playing in 2 years is Randy Gregory still a cowboy lol

Jay Glazer’s been training him.

Article from January:

Glazer, an NFL insider for Fox Sports who trains NFL players in mixed martial arts, claims Smith is sober and working out regularly at a West Hollywood gym. Furthermore, Glazer says Smith is working with military veterans.

“Aldon’s great because Aldon’s been working out with our (veterans) in our MVP program every single Wednesday night,” Glazer told TMZ Sports. “Aldon has been sober for a while and he’s been helping a lot of our vets with their sobriety.”

didn't the raiders cut him?
Hes gotten sober since then and turned his life around, per Jay Glazer, who doesn't put false **** out there. I'm downright giddy about this signing. If Aldon Smith can become 3/4 the player he once was and Randy Gregory can finally play a whole season and continue where he left off on the field, this D-Line could be scary...

Wasting money on a player who hasn’t played in years. I like the other FA moves they made, but I don’t like this one. There are still some other players left in free agency that could help us.
