Did he not just do the three things I mentioned 1, 2, 3?

dissing Romo is particularly rich consdiring how much of his own success, and wealth, was generated in partnership with Romo.

You can call it Dez hate if you want. I just see it as a reality check for Dez just came due and he’s struggling with it. It’s a hard thing to deal with for sure.

Jerry and Romo have benefited Dez more than anyone else in his entire professional life. To disrespect them makes Dez look like an ingrate.

No hate here. Just truth telling as I see it.

no. Not really. “The plug and play” I guess could be construed as a diss to Dalton, but I take it more as “bringing in a guy for a yr” sentiment. Didn’t diss Romo, and didn’t diss Jerry.

Dak is the only one he shouldn't support. The way Dak plays is the reason he isn't in the league anymore IMO.
Yeah, Dak has been lobbying the other 31 teams to keep them from signing Dez ...

I think dak was a little down on dez from the go. Remember dez was babying that minor injury in the beginning of 2016 probably thinking it was gonna be a repeat of 2015 then we start winning games and hes magically healthy and excited to play.

"Cowboys are extremely out of line" Just ST*U Dez. The team saw a chance to bring in a quality player to back up Dak. If this threatens Dak in some way, that speaks to Dak, not the team. There is no insult here.

"I guess the cowboys viewing the QB position a plug in piece..." Keep guessing Dez. The team still views Dak as their starter. Smart move by the team to have a good backup in case of injury.

This guy is like a obsessed ex. You are not coming back.

And btw, how performed Dez working with a QB not named Tony Romo in the NFL?

I can only imagine the basis for that opinion.

By the way, Dak isn't the QB for the other 31 teams who haven't signed Dez. Maybe the reason is Dez?

He supports Dak.

They are probably good friends.

Romo made Dez rich.

QBs like Aikman and Brady would have run him out of town.

Romo coached him in the huddle and then Romo ran around buying time in order to find Dez on the field because nobody really knew where Dez would go after the snap.

That may be true. Regardless, the fact he didn’t play the last 2 years has nothing to do with Dak.

If anything, he should be bitter about the CeeDee signing & not Dalton. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know/realize Dak will get paid.

Bryant is a PITA. The Cowboys nor the fanbase could care less about what he has to whine about. Get a life!

I don’t feel Dez is “dissing” anybody. He’s a loyal guy. Truth is, part of it might be that Dak is basically his only lifeline into the NFL at this point so it might be in his best interest to see him get a long term contract. Or it could be just as simple as wanting to see a friend get paid.

How exactly is he “dissing” Romo by merely pointing out that the Cowboys has no problems paying him even when we weren’t making the playoffs?

Dez probably ought to stay away from tweeting about situations like these if he’s looking to prove he’s not still a pain in the *** for NFL teams.

And Dez is the reason he’s not on an NFL roster. There are 32of them out there. The old Dallas coaches aren’t blocking him everywhere.

Once we drafted Lamb he knew that killed any chance of him returning to the Cowboys. Now he’s back to criticizing the team like he did after he was released. This certainly isn’t helping his chances of returning to the NFL.

He may not have been dissing Romo, but Dez’s argument doesn’t make sense because team circumstances aren’t identical every year, and because teams have to apply whatever they learn from the past to their dealings in the present.
