1) Andy Dalton, Jamal Adams and Clowney
2) Dak
Which one makes the team better?
Our fans obviously don't watch much football outside of Cowboys games.
Dalton hasn't posted a passer rating in the 90's in years. The last time he did it was 2016, and it was only a 91 (a passer rating that would pass as a down year for Dak, but it's a career highlight for Dalton). Couldn't even manage a passer rating in the 80's this year, that's how trash he was. Has had losing records every year the entire time Dak has been a pro.
People complaining about Dak not being good enough and ignoring that Dalton is appreciably worse are either in for a rude awakening, or they're finally admitting that their entire problem with Dak was always something else (which we're not allowed to specifically label on this board).
Dalton is 0-4 in the playoffs with a 57.8 passer rating. Imagine having such irrational hatred for Dak and placing so little importance on actually being good at football that you look at Dalton and you think, "Ah, finally. This is the rock I want to build my church on."
With fans like this, we deserve the decades-long dry spell and we deserve decades more.
